Standard Conveyancing Process From the time the Contract is signed through to settlement. Includes requesting extensions of time, negotiation of building and pest price reductions, assessing transfer duty, property searches and due diligence reporting (additional fees apply for customised due diligence reporting), liaising with your bank and attending to settlement of the matter.
