FAMILY LAW

When facing a family law matter, such as divorce, child custody, or property settlement, one of the most common questions is: how much will it cost?

The truth is, the cost of family law services varies depending on the complexity of your situation. Factors like whether your case involves both parenting and property matters, intricate business or trust structures, or the presence of domestic violence can all influence the overall costs.

At Ryder Lawyers, we understand that navigating family law is one of the most challenging times in a person’s life. That’s why we focus on making our legal services as accessible and stress-free as possible.

We offer flexible fee structures tailored to the needs of our clients. Whether you prefer task-based billing, a clear fixed-fee arrangement, or require options for legal funding, we’ll work with you to find a solution that suits your circumstances.

ESTATE PLANNING

All new clients pay a legal advice appointment fee (ranging from $275 to $500) and then we can provide you with an estimate for your documents. Standard Will Packages start from $660 for an individual and $1,320 for a couple  (for preparation of a Will and Enduring Power of Attorney). The price may vary depending on your business structures, investments, other legal entities, blended families, the size of your estate and your family circumstances. Contact us for pricing on Testamentary Discretionary Trust Wills and more complex estate planning.

PROBATE, ESTATES AND WILL DISPUTES

Book a legal advice appointment at our Daisy Hill or Booval office. A lawyer will answer your questions, give you advice about your rights and options, and plan a way forward. Legal advice appointments attract a fee of between $275 and $500. In some circumstances we offer deferred fees and payment plans. Call us on (07) 3709 1330 or request a call-back to schedule.
